Every December, Baglung Samaj Virginia USA Inc brings our community together to celebrate the season with joy, compassion, and togetherness.
Through our annual Holiday Charity Event, we invite members, families, and friends to share in the festive spirit, honor our Nepali heritage, and support those in need. By giving back, we strengthen our bonds and spread kindness throughout the community.

Our Mission
Baglung Samaj Virginia USA Inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting the Nepali community in Virginia and across the United States. Our mission is to preserve our rich Baglung heritage, strengthen community bonds, and give back through cultural, social, and humanitarian initiatives. What began as a small group of Nepali friends has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to service, support, and togetherness.
Why We Do It
We believe that unity, culture, and compassion are the heart of a strong community. By organizing cultural events, charitable programs, and outreach activities, we aim to support Nepali families, promote our traditions, and contribute positively to the broader American society. Through every gathering and every act of giving, we carry forward the spirit of sahayog (cooperation) and sewa (service).

Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Cost: Free to attend — just bring a gift or donation 🎁
What to Wear: Traditional Nepali attire or festive holiday outfits 🎄
Where It Goes: All collected gifts and funds will support local families and children in need within our community.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
